Refund and Returns Policy
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your order, unless otherwise stated. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. If your item is defective or damaged during shipping, please provide photos as evidence.
Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned: items that have been used or damaged by the customer (unless due to a quality issue), sale items, and customized or personalized products unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return. We will respond within 1-2 business days to confirm your request and provide the return shipping address and instructions. You must return the item within 15 days of receiving the return confirmation and share the tracking number with us.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is a result of a product defect or wrong item sent, we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns due to change of mind or other personal reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees on returns.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund process. If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days, please contact us.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of payment. To cancel, please contact our customer service with your order number. If the order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may return the item following the return procedure once received.
